Homeward Bound of Steubenville is an Ohio Nonprofit Corporation dedicated to serving the poor and homeless in Steubenville by providing low-barrier, transitional housing and customized, one-on-one community fellowship.
We believe that individuals experiencing homelessness are best served by local, fully-integrated, and personalized services. We envision a Steubenville where people flourish, both by receiving compassionate help, and by helping others.
